Property Description
Top-floor end unit with show-stopping waterfront views. This is the ultimate in coastal living. Perched overlooking the Marco River, this fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bath condominium captures a front-row seat to the daily dance of dolphins, passing boat traffic and serene Gulf-bound waterways. Enjoy a wraparound balcony that frames the ideal vantage point to watch boats navigate from the river to open Gulf waters — a boater’s paradise. Inside, you'll find updated baths with frameless glass showers, granite countertops in the kitchen, and thoughtful touches throughout. Additional perks include a covered carport, extra storage, manual shutters, and recently replaced roofs (2022) on the building and carports. In the charming enclave of Old Marco, Ville de Marco West is a hidden gem offering a relaxed, coastal lifestyle. Residents enjoy a west-facing fishing pier — a place to cast a line and take in Marco’s signature sunsets.
